Marideth is a halfling born in Antillia in 474 DC, so is of Odelian descent but is Velysian nationality. She is 3'4“ with blue eyes, wild red hair, and missing one hand. Presenting as a ne'er-do-well of various stripes, she keeps many secrets.

She is known for being outspoken, violent, and indignant.

Marideth works as one of the Fingers of the Flame-Touched Trust. She is based out of Brightburg, in the heart of Velysord. Lithe and spry, she stands at 3'4” and about 40 lbs of mostly muscle weight. She has ruddy tan skin and is covered in freckles, with long auburn hair usually a mass about her. She wears them in half-dreads, sometimes partially up but usually a mane about her face and neck.

She missing her left hand and wears a metal cap over the stump. This cap has been magically enchanted, allowing a ghostly hand to be summoned in place of her missing one. Though it is not as strong as her true hand would have been, it allows her to do much more than would have been possible. This is the reason for her moniker “Ghost-hand”. She is typically wearing soft leathers that move well with her and are well worn in. A light green tunic is often worn over top, and leather boots with curled over tops. She is usually also carrying various weapons and pouches with her.

Marideth is a no-nonsense kind of person, ready to switch from your ally to enemy at the drop of a hat. Despite her small stature, those who have worked for her know she does not stand for any kind of insolence, and will not hesitate to lash out.
