An abbreviation for Before Diminished Calissae. One of the two time periods tracked by the common Aedelorian calendar. This dating method counts the number of years prior to the Withering.. Also called the Incandescent and the Radiant, she is deified by all those that flourish in the light, and the Tarshan people. She serves in the court of Vitalinus from her domain of Alsham.

Once an elemental being from the Plane of Fire, she was gifted the sun by a prospective suitor seeking to win her affection. Instead of keeping it for herself, Mihr placed the sun in the Aedelorian sky c. 3000 BDC thereby ending an age of darkness. As divine messengers spread the word of who was responsible for the new source of light, Mihr's recognition, influence, and power rose meteorically.
She moves the sun across the Aedelorian sky and hides it each night to prevent her scorned paramour from finding it and destroying it. Mihr currently serves in the court of Artellan, and has previously served in the court of Vitalinus.
